Lost Parcel? We’re Here to Help

If your parcel should become lost within the postal system we’re here to help. Although we do not accept responsibility for any item which is delayed, damaged or lost within the postal system we include in our Delivery & Packing cost our service to help locate your parcel. We will complete any paperwork the POST needs to initiate a search for your parcel, keeping you advised of progress.


In order to protect your privacy all orders are discreetly dispatched in secure brown cardboard boxes or letters with absolutely no mention of our website.

Customs Charges

Information for our customers outside the EU:

Each country has it’s own import and custom charges which are applied to goods entering that country. If you are ordering from us and do not live in a country within the European Union you may be charged for importing the goods according to your country’s customs policies. Any such charges for custom clearance must be borne by yourself. You are also responible for the import of these products according to the local law of your region and country!

Information for our customers within the EU:

There should be no customs or import charges if you live within the European Union and your delivery address is also to an EU country.

Countries currently within the EU include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.


Order Not Received

All products are shipped as soon as possible subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. This is usually 2-5 working days from receipt of your order. Although usually much sooner please allow 28 days.

Reasons for not receiving your order include:

  • The carrier service attempted to deliver your parcel while you were not at home, and it’s at your local Pick UP Office or Postal Depot awaiting your collection.
  • We did not receive payment for your order.
  • Dispatch has been delayed awaiting arrival of stock.
  • It has been returned to us by the carrier and we’ve been unable to contact you.
  • It is lost or delayed within the carrier system.
  • Custom declined the import of your order

What to do

First discover if we’ve contacted you about a delay by checking your email including any “Bulk”, “Junk” or “Spam” folders.Next if you do not find any communication from us then tell us of the problem by sending us an email!


Your Invoice

Receiving My Invoice

Once you’ve placed an order with us our system will generate an invoice and automatically email this to you. To ensure you receive your invoice It is very important that you enter your correct email address when placing an order.

Our invoice will show the items you’ve ordered, their price in EURO, any VAT applicable, and the total amount payable. It will also show your address, your delivery address if different, your email address, and telephone your contact details. These details will be exactly as you have entered them whilst placing your order, and will be the information we use to dispatch your order to you, or to contact you about a delay.

Your invoice will also indicate the method of payment you selected at the checkout. Your invoice will show that payment is made to us rather than our trading name of this website, it will also display our VAT registration number and address.

I’ve Noticed an Error on my Invoice

If you notice an error on your invoice let us know immediately by emailing us using the contact form on this website!

I Didn’t Receive My Invoice

If you’ve not received your invoice first check your “Spam”, “Bulk” or “Junk” mail boxes as you may discover it there.

Although our system automatically generates an invoice every time an order is placed we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that you will receive it, this is due to factors completely outside of our control such as:

  • Problems with your own email provider service causing the email to be delayed or not received
  • You accidentally entered the wrong email address when placing your order
  • More commonly Spam Detection Software falsely identifying our email as spam and moving it to your “Spam”, “Bulk” or “Junk” mail folders.

If you’ve not received an emailed invoice from us within 24 hours of placing your order, let us know by on this site!
